Mindfulness with Wisdom in Daily Life CD
This mp3 CD consists of a number of concise, daily, guided mindfulness meditation practices, that help train the mind to become focussed and calm. Beginning with setting the correct intention you may then choose one of three guided meditations - focus on the body, the breath or a pebble. After the guided session there is a time of silence for resting the mind's focus, followed by a short and beautiful dedication.
These practices are led in simple lay language, by Khandro Thrinlay Chodon, a Vajrayana Buddhist Master in the ancient tradition of mindfulness. They are designed for those living a corporate or busy lay life while journeying on the path of inward looking, compassion and wisdom.
