Manjushri 5 Inch Gold Statue

Manjushri is known as the Bodhisattva of Wisdom or the Lord of Speech. His left hand wields a sword that cuts through and destroys the darkness of ignorance. In his right hand, by his heart, Manjushri holds the stem of a lotus flower, upon which rests a sacred book, the Perfection of Wisdom. His purpose is to lead practitioners into the enquiry into the self.
